How much do you appreciate or even like yourself? Self-Esteem is an individual’s subjective evaluation of their own worth which predicts certain outcomes in ones own life. Someone who has difficulty with Self-Esteem has self statements of “I am not worthy”, “nobody loves me”, “I have no value”, etc. Experiences that a person has stemming from all the way back to childhood, is a major source of how that individual’s self-esteem develops. This specialty usually goes hand-in-hand with Dysfunctional Family Systems. We will work through understanding self-esteem, replace self-defeating thoughts, developing core affirming thoughts, understand unconditional love, find your love language, assert self-love and find healing.We have all felt loss whether through heartbreak of a broken relationship, divorce, loss of a friendship, loss of a loved one/death, loss of a dream, job or finances. Hopelessness, helplessness, grief, rejection, shame, and betrayal are felt by everyone from such loss. We all go through the fear of Abandonment. Let us go through this journey together of healing the wounds of Abandonment. To overcome the loss building Self-Esteem, resolving trust issues, identifying the self-defeating thoughts and behaviors to make better choices and finding love for yourself and others.
